How To Install python-pbalign on Ubuntu 18.04

What is python-pbalign
python-pbalign is:
pbalign aligns PacBio reads to reference sequences, filters aligned reads according to user-specific filtering criteria, and converts the output to either the SAM format or PacBio Compare HDF5 (e.g., .cmp.h5) format.
pbalign is part of the SMRTAnalysis suite. This package provides the Python library backend.
There are three methods to install python-pbalign
on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Install python-pbalign Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
