How To Install python-pandocfilters on Ubuntu 18.04

python-pandocfilters is:
Pandoc is a powerful utility to transform various input formats into a wide range of output formats. To alter the exported output document, Pandoc allows the usage of filters, which are pipes that read a JSON serialization of the Pandoc AST from stdin, transform it in some way, and write it to stdout. It allows therefore to alter the processing of Pandoc’s supported input formats, for instance one can add new syntax elements to markdown, etc.
This package provides Python bindings.
There are three methods to install python-pandocfilters on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install python-pandocfilters Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install python-pandocfilters using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
