What is python-odil
python-odil is:
Odil leverages C++ constructs to provide a user-friendly API of the different parts of the DICOM standard. Included in Odil are exception-based error handling, generic access to datasets elements, standard JSON and XML representation of datasets, and generic implementation of messages, clients and servers for the various DICOM protocols.
This package contains the Python wrappers.
There are three methods to install python-odil
on Debian 9. We can use apt-get
, apt
and aptitude
. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install python-odil Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install python-odil
using apt-get
by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install python-odil

Remove python-odil Configurations and Data
