How To Install python-libmimic on Ubuntu 18.04

python-libmimic is:
libmimic is an open source video decoding library for decoding Mimic V2.x- encoded content (fourCC: ML20), which is the encoding used by MSN Messenger for webcam conversations.
This package provides bindings for the Python language.
There are three methods to install python-libmimic on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
