How To Install python-libemu on Debian 9

python-libemu is:
libemu is a small library written in C offering basic x86 emulation and shellcode detection using GetPC heuristics. Intended use is within network intrusion/prevention detections and honeypots.

There are three methods to install python-libemu
on Debian 9. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Update apt database with apt-get
