python-kivy is:

Kivy is a mixed Python library with Cython code, to take advantage of its highly dynamic nature and use any of the thousands of high quality and open source Python libraries out there, with the speed of C code.
This package contains the Python 2 compatible version of the library.
There are three methods to install python-kivy
on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get

How To Uninstall python-kivy on Ubuntu 18.04
To uninstall only the python-kivy
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove python-kivy
Uninstall python-kivy And Its Dependencies
To uninstall python-kivy
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 18.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove python-kivy
Remove python-kivy Configurations and Data
To remove python-kivy
configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge python-kivy
Remove python-kivy configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
