How To Install python-evemu on Ubuntu 18.04

What is python-evemu
python-evemu is:
The evemu library and tools are used to describe devices, record data, create emulation devices and replay data from kernel evdev (input event) devices.
This package contains the Python bindings for the evemu library.
There are three methods to install python-evemu on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install python-evemu Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
