How To Install python-dumbnet on Debian 10

What is python-dumbnet
python-dumbnet is:
libdumbnet provides a simplified, portable interface to several low-level networking routines, including
- network address manipulation
- kernel arp(4) cache and route(4) table lookup and manipulation
- network firewalling (Ip filter, ipfw, ipchains, pdf, …)
- network interface lookup and manipulation
- raw IP packet and Ethernet frame transmission
libdumbnet is known as libdnet in other distributions, but was renamed in Debian in favour of the older DECnet library ’libdnet'.
This package contains the corresponding ‘dumbnet’ Python module.
There are three methods to install python-dumbnet on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install python-dumbnet Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install python-dumbnet using apt-get by running the following command:

To uninstall only the python-dumbnet package we can use the following command:
