How To Install python-dtcwt on Ubuntu 18.04

The dtcwt library provides a Python implementation of the 1, 2 and 3-D dual-tree complex wavelet transform along with some associated algorithms. It contains a pure CPU implementation which makes use of NumPy along with an accelerated GPU implementation using OpenCL.
This package provides the modules for Python 2.
There are three methods to install python-dtcwt on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

After updating apt database, We can install python-dtcwt using apt-get by running the following command:
