How To Install python-dcmstack on Ubuntu 18.04

python-dcmstack is:
DICOM to Nifti conversion with the added ability to extract and summarize meta data from the source DICOMs. The meta data can be injected into a Nifti header extension or written out as a JSON formatted text file.
This package provides the Python package, command line tools (dcmstack, and nitool), as well as the documentation in HTML format.
There are three methods to install python-dcmstack on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install python-dcmstack Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
