python-breathe is:

Breathe provides a bridge between the Sphinx and doxygen documentation systems. It enables Sphinx to generate autodoc for languages other than Python with the help of doxygen. It also allows one to embed reStructuredText in doxygen markup.

This package provides the module for Python 2.

There are three methods to install python-breathe on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
