How To Install python-altgraph on Debian 9

What is python-altgraph
python-altgraph is:
altgraph is a fork of graphlib: a graph (network) package for constructing graphs, BFS and DFS traversals, topological sort, shortest paths, etc. with graphviz output.
altgraph includes some additional usage of Python 2.6+ features and enhancements related to modulegraph and macholib.
This package provides the Python 2.x module.
There are three methods to install python-altgraph on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install python-altgraph Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
