How To Install pypy-purl on Ubuntu 18.04

What is pypy-purl
pypy-purl is:
A simple, immutable URL class with a clean API for interrogation and manipulation that also supports template URLs as per RFC 6570. It parses URLs into URL objects which are immutable but also provides mutator methods for all segments which return a new URL instance. This allows for easy modification of URLs during runtime.
This package contains the PyPy version of the library.
There are three methods to install pypy-purl
on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get

Install pypy-purl Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get

sudo apt-get update

and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 18.04, we can use the command below:

To remove pypy-purl
configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:
