How To Install pypy-purl on Ubuntu 18.04

What is pypy-purl
pypy-purl is:
A simple, immutable URL class with a clean API for interrogation and manipulation that also supports template URLs as per RFC 6570. It parses URLs into URL objects which are immutable but also provides mutator methods for all segments which return a new URL instance. This allows for easy modification of URLs during runtime.
This package contains the PyPy version of the library.
There are three methods to install pypy-purl on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install pypy-purl Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
