How To Install pydxcluster on Debian 10

What is pydxcluster
pydxcluster is:
Allows users to connect to cluster, reverse beacon and PSKReporter servers. Also supports sending spots, band selecting and is integrated with fldigi-shell.

Install pydxcluster Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install pydxcluster using apt-get by running the following command:
