How To Install pybit-watcher on Ubuntu 18.04

What is pybit-watcher
pybit-watcher is:
pyBit uses message queues to create a distributed, cross-platform buildd toolkit using a collection of buildds, using source from various VCS clients. pyBit is intended to support rapidly evolving software collections and can support multiple VCS frontends and multiple build backends.
This package provides a watcher which runs as a daemon and monitors a directory for changes files then runs the appropriate reprepro rule.
This allows pybit clients to upload without waiting for the packages to be processed by reprepro.
There are three methods to install pybit-watcher on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install pybit-watcher Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install pybit-watcher using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
