What is puppet-master

This package contains the “puppet-master” service and init script, which is suitable for small deployments. For larger deployments or if you wish to support Puppet 3 clients, puppet-master-passenger should be used instead.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install puppet-master using apt by running the following command:
