How To Install prov-tools on Debian 9

What is prov-tools
prov-tools is:
A library for W3C Provenance Data Model supporting PROV-JSON and PROV- XML import/export.
Features:
- An implementation of the W3C PROV Data Model in Python.
- In-memory classes for PROV assertions, which can then be output as PROV-N.
- Serialization and deserializtion support: PROV-JSON and PROV-XML.
- Exporting PROV documents into various graphical formats (e.g. PDF, PNG, SVG).
This package provides the command-line tools for the prov library.
There are three methods to install prov-tools on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install prov-tools Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
