How To Install protoc-gen-go-grpc on Debian 12

What is protoc-gen-go-grpc
protoc-gen-go-grpc is:
This protobuf compiler plugin generates gRPC service definitions for the protocol buffer defined by file.proto.
The new protoc-gen-go plugin (provided by google.golang.org/protobuf) no longer supports generating gRPC service.
There are three methods to install protoc-gen-go-grpc
