Promoe is a client for the XMMS2 music daemon. Promoe??s interface is modeled after XMMS/WinAMP classic and supports Winamp 2 skins. It’s written in C++ and uses the Qt4 toolkit.

There are three methods to install promoe on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install promoe Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
