How To Install profphd-net on Debian 11

What is profphd-net
profphd-net is:
Profnet is a component of the prediction methods that make up the Predict Protein service by the lab of Burkhard Rost. It provides the neural network component to a variety of predictors that perform protein feature prediction directly from sequence. This neural network implementation has to be compiled for every different network architecture.
This package contains the neural network architecture for profphd.
There are three methods to install profphd-net on Debian 11. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install profphd-net Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install profphd-net using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install profphd-net

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install profphd-net using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install profphd-net
Install profphd-net Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
