How To Install profnet-isis on Ubuntu 18.04

What is profnet-isis
profnet-isis is:
Profnet is a component of the prediction methods that make up the Predict Protein service by the lab of Burkhard Rost. It provides the neural network component to a variety of predictors that perform protein feature prediction directly from sequence. This neural network implementation has to be compiled for every different network architecture.
This package contains the neural network architecture for profisis.
There are three methods to install profnet-isis on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install profnet-isis Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install profnet-isis using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install profnet-isis
Install profnet-isis Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install profnet-isis using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install profnet-isis
Install profnet-isis Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install profnet-isis using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install profnet-isis
How To Uninstall profnet-isis on Ubuntu 18.04
To uninstall only the profnet-isis package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove profnet-isis
Uninstall profnet-isis And Its Dependencies
To uninstall profnet-isis and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 18.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove profnet-isis
Remove profnet-isis Configurations and Data
To remove profnet-isis configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge profnet-isis
Remove profnet-isis configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove profnet-isis configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
