How To Install presage on Ubuntu 20.04

What is presage
presage is:
Presage is an intelligent predictive text entry platform.
This package contains the tools required to generate custom statistical data used by the presage predictive text engine to generate predictions.
This package also contains simple demonstration programs and simulator. Task: kubuntu-live, lubuntu-desktop, ubuntukylin-desktop
There are three methods to install presage
on Ubuntu 20.04. We can use apt-get
, apt
and aptitude
. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install presage Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install presage
using apt-get
by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install presage
Install presage Using apt
Update apt database with apt
using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install presage
using apt
by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install presage
Install presage Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude

How To Uninstall presage on Ubuntu 20.04

Remove presage Configurations and Data
