How To Install preludedb-utils on Kali Linux

What is preludedb-utils
preludedb-utils is:
The PreludeDB Library provides an abstraction layer upon the type and the format of the database used to store IDMEF alerts. It allows developers to use the Prelude IDMEF database easily and efficiently without worrying about SQL, and to access the database independently of the type/format of the database.
This package contains the Prelude shared library tools.
There are three methods to install preludedb-utils on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install preludedb-utils Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install preludedb-utils using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install preludedb-utilsInstall preludedb-utils Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install preludedb-utils using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
