How To Install postgresql-13-pgsphere on Kali Linux

What is postgresql-13-pgsphere
postgresql-13-pgsphere is:
PgSphere, an extension for PostgreSQL, aims at providing uniform access to spherical data. It allows for a fast search and analysis for objects with spherical attributes in geographical, astronomical, or other applications using PostgreSQL.
By using an SQL interface, PgSphere’s users can conveniently manage data of geographical objects around the world and astronomical data collections like star and other catalogues.
There are three methods to install postgresql-13-pgsphere on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
