How To Install plinth on Debian 10

on Debian 10.
What is plinth
plinth is:
FreedomBox is designed to be your own inexpensive server at home. It runs free software and offers an increasing number of services ranging from a calendar or jabber server to a wiki or VPN. A web interface allows you to easily install and configure your apps.
This is a transitional package. It can safely be removed. plinth package has been renamed to freedombox.
There are three methods to install plinth
on Debian 10. We can use apt-get
, apt
and aptitude
. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install plinth Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install plinth
using apt-get
by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install plinth
Install plinth Using apt
Update apt database with apt
using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install plinth
using apt
by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install plinth
Install plinth Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude
using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install plinth

To uninstall only the plinth
