How To Install plasma-phonebook on Debian 12

In this tutorial we learn how to install plasma-phonebook on Debian 12.
What is plasma-phonebook
plasma-phonebook is:
Contacts application which allows adding, modifying and removing contacts.
Plasma-phonebook is a contact application that primarily targets Plasma Mobile.
The application uses kpeople models to find, add, remove and update contacts. The actual vcard editing is done using KContacts, allowing to use the full range of fields vcards support. Plasma Phonebook ships its own KPeople plugin for displaying actions.
There are three methods to install plasma-phonebook on Debian 12. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install plasma-phonebook Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
