How To Install php-text-figlet on Ubuntu 18.04

The Text_Figlet is an engine for using FIGlet fonts to rendering text. With Text_Figlet you can create ASCII-art like text using FIGlet font description files (FIGlet fonts). The package supports horizontal smushing, German symbols (e.g. äöü), RTL and LTR writing directions as well as incomplete and gzipped fonts (as long as php’s zlib extension is installed).
There are three methods to install php-text-figlet on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install php-text-figlet Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install php-text-figlet using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install php-text-figlet using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install php-text-figlet
Install php-text-figlet Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install php-text-figlet using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install php-text-figlet
How To Uninstall php-text-figlet on Ubuntu 18.04
To uninstall only the php-text-figlet package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove php-text-figlet
Uninstall php-text-figlet And Its Dependencies
To uninstall php-text-figlet and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 18.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove php-text-figlet

To remove php-text-figlet configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge php-text-figlet

We can use the following command to remove php-text-figlet configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
