What is php-ps

php-ps is:

ps is an extension similar to the pdf extension but for creating PostScript files. Its api is modelled after the pdf extension. It has some advanced features like taking kerning into account and support for hyphenation. PostScript files can converted to pdf files with ghostscript retaining hyperlinks and bookmarks.

There are three methods to install php-ps on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install php-ps Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install php-ps using apt-get by running the following command:

After updating apt database, We can install php-ps using apt by running the following command:

How To Uninstall php-ps on Ubuntu 18.04

To uninstall only the php-ps package we can use the following command:
