What is php-pear-Auth-radius
This package provides wrapper-classes for the RADIUS PECL. There are different Classes for the different authentication methods. If you are using CHAP-MD5 or MS-CHAP you need also the Crypt_CHAP package. If you are using MS-CHAP you need also the mcrypt extension. This package adds a RADIUS container for the PHP Auth system.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install php-pear-Auth-radius
on CentOS 7. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install php-pear-Auth-radius.
Install php-pear-Auth-radius on CentOS 7 Using yum
Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
sudo yum makecache
After updating yum database, We can install php-pear-Auth-radius
using yum
by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install php-pear-Auth-radius
Install php-pear-Auth-radius on CentOS 7 Using dnf
If you don’t have dnf installed you can install DNF on CentOS 7 first.
Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache
After updating yum database, We can install php-pear-Auth-radius
using dnf
by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install php-pear-Auth-radius
How To Uninstall php-pear-Auth-radius on CentOS 7
To uninstall only the php-pear-Auth-radius
package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove php-pear-Auth-radius
