How To Install php-markdown on Kali Linux

What is php-markdown
php-markdown is:
This is a library package that includes the PHP Markdown parser and its sibling PHP Markdown Extra with additional features.
“Markdown” is actually two things: a plain text markup syntax, and a software tool that converts the plain text markup to HTML.
The Markdown syntax allows you to write text naturally and format it without using HTML tags. More importantly: in Markdown format, your text stays enjoyable to read for a human being, and this is true enough that it makes a Markdown document publishable as-is, as plain text. If you are using text-formatted email, you already know some part of the syntax.
There are three methods to install php-markdown on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install php-markdown Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install php-markdown using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install php-markdownInstall php-markdown Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install php-markdown using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install php-markdown using aptitude by running the following command:

To uninstall only the php-markdown package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove php-markdownUninstall php-markdown And Its Dependencies
To uninstall php-markdown and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove php-markdownRemove php-markdown Configurations and Data
To remove php-markdown configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge php-markdownRemove php-markdown configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove php-markdown configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
