What is php-horde-kronolith
Kronolith is the Horde calendar application. It provides web-based calendars backed by a SQL database or a Kolab server. Supported features include Ajax and mobile interfaces, shared calendars, remote calendars, invitation management (iCalendar/iTip), free/busy management, resource management, alarms, recurring events, and a sophisticated day/week view which handles arbitrary numbers of overlapping events.
We can use yum or dnf to install php-horde-kronolith on CentOS 7. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install php-horde-kronolith.
Install php-horde-kronolith on CentOS 7 Using yum
Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache
After updating yum database, We can install php-horde-kronolith using yum by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install php-horde-kronolith
Install php-horde-kronolith on CentOS 7 Using dnf
If you don’t have dnf installed you can install DNF on CentOS 7 first.
Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache
After updating yum database, We can install php-horde-kronolith using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install php-horde-kronolith
How To Uninstall php-horde-kronolith on CentOS 7
To uninstall only the php-horde-kronolith package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove php-horde-kronolith
