How To Install php-elisp on Debian 10

PHP Mode for GNU Emacs has been elpafied. This dummy transitional package facilitates the transition from php-elisp to elpa-php-mode and is safe to remove.
There are three methods to install php-elisp on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
