How To Install php-ZendFramework2-Form on CentOS 7

What is php-ZendFramework2-Form

Zend\Form is intended primarily as a bridge between your domain models and the View Layer. It composes a thin layer of objects representing form elements, an InputFilter, and a small number of methods for binding data to and from the form and attached objects. The Zend\Form component consists of the following objects * Elements, which simply consist of a name and attributes. * Fieldsets, which extend from Elements, but allow composing other fieldsets and elements. * Forms, which extend from Fieldsets (and thus Elements). They provide data and object binding, and compose InputFilters. Data binding is done via ZendStdlibHydrator.

We can use yum or dnf to install php-ZendFramework2-Form on CentOS 7. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install php-ZendFramework2-Form.

Install php-ZendFramework2-Form on CentOS 7 Using yum

Update yum database with yum using the following command.

sudo yum makecache

After updating yum database, We can install php-ZendFramework2-Form using yum by running the following command:

sudo yum -y install php-ZendFramework2-Form

If you don’t have dnf installed you can install DNF on CentOS 7 first. Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

sudo dnf makecache

After updating yum database, We can install php-ZendFramework2-Form using dnf by running the following command:

sudo dnf -y install php-ZendFramework2-Form

How To Uninstall php-ZendFramework2-Form on CentOS 7

To uninstall only the php-ZendFramework2-Form package we can use the following command:

sudo dnf remove php-ZendFramework2-Form
