How To Install php-ZendFramework2-Feed on CentOS 7

What is php-ZendFramework2-Feed
Zend\Feed provides functionality for consuming RSS and Atom feeds. It provides a natural syntax for accessing elements of feeds, feed attributes, and entry attributes. Zend\Feed also has extensive support for modifying feed and entry structure with the same natural syntax, and turning the result back into XML. In the future, this modification support could provide support for the Atom Publishing Protocol. Zend\Feed consists of Zend\Feed\Reader for reading RSS and Atom feeds, Zend\Feed\Writer for writing RSS and Atom feeds, and Zend\Feed\PubSubHubbub for working with Hub servers. Furthermore, both Zend\Feed\Reader and Zend\Feed\Writer support extensions which allows for working with additional data in feeds, not covered in the core API but used in conjunction with RSS and Atom feeds.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install php-ZendFramework2-Feed
on CentOS 7. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install php-ZendFramework2-Feed.
Install php-ZendFramework2-Feed on CentOS 7 Using yum
Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
sudo yum makecache
After updating yum database, We can install php-ZendFramework2-Feed
using yum
by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install php-ZendFramework2-Feed
Install php-ZendFramework2-Feed on CentOS 7 Using dnf
If you don’t have dnf installed you can install DNF on CentOS 7 first.
Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache
After updating yum database, We can install php-ZendFramework2-Feed
using dnf
by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install php-ZendFramework2-Feed
How To Uninstall php-ZendFramework2-Feed on CentOS 7
To uninstall only the php-ZendFramework2-Feed
package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove php-ZendFramework2-Feed
