What is php-ZendFramework2-Authentication

The Zend\Authentication component provides an API for authentication and includes concrete authentication adapters for common use case scenarios. Zend\Authentication is concerned only with authentication and not with authorization. Authentication is loosely defined as determining whether an entity actually is what it purports to be (i.e., identification), based on some set of credentials. Authorization, the process of deciding whether to allow an entity access to, or to perform operations upon, other entities is outside the scope of Zend\Authentication. Update yum database with yum using the following command.

sudo yum makecache

If you don’t have dnf installed you can install DNF on CentOS 7 first. Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

sudo dnf makecache

After updating yum database, We can install php-ZendFramework2-Authentication using dnf by running the following command:

sudo dnf -y install php-ZendFramework2-Authentication

How To Uninstall php-ZendFramework2-Authentication on CentOS 7

To uninstall only the php-ZendFramework2-Authentication package we can use the following command:

sudo dnf remove php-ZendFramework2-Authentication
