Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache
After updating yum database, We can install perl-pgsql_perl5 using yum by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install perl-pgsql_perl5
Install perl-pgsql_perl5 on CentOS 8 Using dnf
If you don’t have dnf installed you can install DNF on CentOS 7 first.
Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache
After updating yum database, We can install perl-pgsql_perl5 using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install perl-pgsql_perl5
How To Uninstall perl-pgsql_perl5 on CentOS 8
To uninstall only the perl-pgsql_perl5 package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove perl-pgsql_perl5
