Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh

sudo yum -y install perl-Net-OpenID-Server
How To Uninstall perl-Net-OpenID-Server on AlmaLinux 8
To uninstall only the perl-Net-OpenID-Server package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove perl-Net-OpenID-Server
