What is perl-IO-Multiplex
IO multiple file handles. It is essentially a really fancy front end to the select system call. In addition to maintaining the select loop, it buffers all input and output to/from the file handles. It can also accept incoming connections on one or more listen sockets.

Install perl-IO-Multiplex on CentOS 7 Using yum
Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache
After updating yum database, We can install perl-IO-Multiplex using yum by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install perl-IO-Multiplex
Install perl-IO-Multiplex on CentOS 7 Using dnf
If you don’t have dnf installed you can install DNF on CentOS 7 first.
Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache
After updating yum database, We can install perl-IO-Multiplex using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install perl-IO-Multiplex
How To Uninstall perl-IO-Multiplex on CentOS 7
To uninstall only the perl-IO-Multiplex package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove perl-IO-Multiplex
