Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.

After updating yum database, We can install perl-ExtUtils-MakeMaker-CPANfile
using dnf
by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install perl-ExtUtils-MakeMaker-CPANfile
Install perl-ExtUtils-MakeMaker-CPANfile on Rocky Linux 8 Using yum
