Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

After updating yum database, We can install perl-Encode-IMAPUTF7 using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install perl-Encode-IMAPUTF7
Install perl-Encode-IMAPUTF7 on AlmaLinux 8 Using yum
Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh

How To Uninstall perl-Encode-IMAPUTF7 on AlmaLinux 8
To uninstall only the perl-Encode-IMAPUTF7 package we can use the following command:
