How To Install perdition-ldap on Kali Linux

What is perdition-ldap
perdition-ldap is:
Perdition allows for arbitrary user database access through shared libraries much in the manner of NSS in glibc. This package allows a user database to be sourced from LDAP
There are three methods to install perdition-ldap on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install perdition-ldap Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install perdition-ldap using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install perdition-ldapInstall perdition-ldap Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install perdition-ldap using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install perdition-ldapInstall perdition-ldap Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install perdition-ldap using aptitude by running the following command:

To uninstall only the perdition-ldap package we can use the following command:

sudo apt-get -y autoremove perdition-ldapRemove perdition-ldap Configurations and Data
To remove perdition-ldap configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
