How To Install pd-log on Ubuntu 22.04

What is pd-log
pd-log is:
This library adds objects to Pure Data (Pd) that allow one to create printout at various verbosity levels.
The objects can be used as drop-in replacement for the standard [print] object, but the printed messages can be filtered and have a colourful appearance.
There are three methods to install pd-log
on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Install pd-log Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install pd-log
using apt-get
by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install pd-log

After updating apt database, We can install pd-log

Install pd-log Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude

After updating apt database, We can install pd-log

How To Uninstall pd-log on Ubuntu 22.04
To uninstall only the pd-log
package we can use the following command:

sudo apt-get -y autoremove pd-log

configuration and data from Ubuntu 22.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge pd-log
