What is pcp-pmda-lio
This package provides a PMDA to gather performance metrics from the kernels iSCSI target interface (LIO). The metrics are stored by LIO within the Linux kernels configfs filesystem. The PMDA provides per LUN level stats, and a summary instance per iSCSI target, which aggregates all LUN metrics within the target.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install pcp-pmda-lio
on CentOS 7. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install pcp-pmda-lio.
Install pcp-pmda-lio on CentOS 7 Using yum
Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
After updating yum database, We can install pcp-pmda-lio
using yum
