How To Install paw-common on Ubuntu 18.04

What is paw-common
paw-common is:
CERNLIB is a suite of data analysis tools and libraries created for use in physics experiments, but also with applications to other fields such as the biological sciences.
This package includes arch-independent files for PAW, an interactive program for use in analysis and graphical presentation. This package is useless without also installing the paw or paw++ package.
There are three methods to install paw-common on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install paw-common Using apt-get
