How To Install parmetis-doc on Ubuntu 18.04

What is parmetis-doc
parmetis-doc is:
ParMetis computes minimal-cut partitions of graphs and meshes in parallel, and orders variables for minimal fill when using direct solvers for sparse matrices. It does all this in parallel, and also can efficiently re-partition a graph or mesh whose connectivity has changed.

There are three methods to install parmetis-doc on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install parmetis-doc Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install parmetis-doc using apt-get by running the following command:
