How To Install panko-api on Ubuntu 18.04

on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get

Install panko-api Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get

sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install panko-api
using apt-get

After updating apt database, We can install panko-api
