What is paml-doc
paml-doc is:
PAML is a package of programs for phylogenetic analyses of DNA or protein sequences using maximum likelihood. PAML is not good for tree making. It may be used to estimate parameters and test hypotheses to study the evolutionary process, when you have reconstructed trees using other programs such as PAUP*, PHYLIP, MOLPHY, PhyML, RaxML, etc.

There are three methods to install paml-doc
on Debian 11. We can use apt-get
, apt
and aptitude
. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install paml-doc Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install paml-doc

How To Uninstall paml-doc on Debian 11
To uninstall only the paml-doc
