How To Install packaging-dev on Kali Linux

This metapackage provides tools for packaging, rather than the development of software. No other package should depend or build-depend on this package.
There are three methods to install packaging-dev
on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Install packaging-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install packaging-dev
using apt-get
