How To Install package-update-indicator on Ubuntu 20.04

What is package-update-indicator
package-update-indicator is:
This small utility which regularly checks for software updates and notifies the user about available updates using desktop notifications and either a status notifier icon or a system tray icon.
It is primarily intended for desktops which do not already have this functionality built-in, such as Xfce.
There are three methods to install package-update-indicator on Ubuntu 20.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
