The module does specific handling for notify-subscribe message-summary (message waiting indication) events as specified in RFC 3842. It is used with the general event handling module, presence. It constructs and adds message-summary event to it.

Install opensips-presence_mwi on CentOS 7 Using yum

Update yum database with yum using the following command.

sudo yum makecache

After updating yum database, We can install opensips-presence_mwi using yum by running the following command:

sudo yum -y install opensips-presence_mwi

Install opensips-presence_mwi on CentOS 7 Using dnf

If you don’t have dnf installed you can install DNF on CentOS 7 first. Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

sudo dnf makecache

After updating yum database, We can install opensips-presence_mwi using dnf by running the following command:

How To Uninstall opensips-presence_mwi on CentOS 7

To uninstall only the opensips-presence_mwi package we can use the following command:

sudo dnf remove opensips-presence_mwi
